There are points in a person’s life, whether it be a person, place, situation or significant event that brings someone to seek counselling. As a qualified counsellor with a significant number of years of experience in life and counselling, I can assist you in looking at the triggers and how they impact you, then we can work together to bring about positive changes and solutions to the areas that you want to focus on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I work with individuals, couples and families. I cover a non-exhaustive list that includes;

Also, with couples where communication may be creating stress, anxiety and a lack of intimacy and loss of trust issues around co-parenting and step-parenting and families where communication has become stuck or difficult.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
